全程多维度无盲点干预对急诊中毒患者压力性损伤及睡眠的效果研究

A Study on the Effect of Whole-course Multi-dimensional Blind Spot Free Intervention on Stress Injury and Sleep in Emergency Poisoning Patients

摘要 目的:以急诊重症监护室(EICU)急诊中毒患者为研究对象,实施全程多维度无盲点干预,探求该护理模式对压力性损伤及睡眠的护理价值。方法:选取2021年2月至2023年2月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院EICU收治的急诊中毒患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组应用全程多维度无盲点干预。对比2组患者压力性损伤情况,干预前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、多导睡眠监测指标、不良睡眠发生情况。结果:在压力性指标、不良睡眠情况发生率、睡眠质量、睡眠监测等观察指标上,干预后观察组均更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对EICU急诊中毒患者实施全程多维度无盲点干预可预防压力性损伤,降低皮损以及睡眠障碍等对患者的影响,能促进较为平稳和优质的睡眠改善,利于患者疾病休养和尽早转归。 Objective:To explore the value of multi-dimensional and non-blind-spot intervention for poisoning patients with stress injury and sleep in emergency intensive-care unit care(EICU).Methods:The data of 60 patients with acute poisoning in EICU of Quanzhou first hospital affiliated to the 2021 Fujian Medical University from February to 2023 were collected and analyzed retrospectively,30 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing,and the Observation Group was given multi-dimensional intervention without blind spot.Stress injuries,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),multi-island sleep monitoring index and incidence of adverse sleep were compared before and after intervention.Results:In the indexes of stress,incidence of bad sleep,sleep quality and sleep monitoring,the observation group was better than the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:The whole course of multi-dimensional non-blind-spot intervention can prevent stress injury,reduce the influence of skin lesion and sleep disturbance on EICU patients with acute intoxication,and promote more stable and high quality sleep improvement,is advantageous to the patient disease recuperation and the early recovery.
