忧遁草的体外研究进展及应用现状

Review of Clinacanthus nutans(Burm.F.)Lindau in vitro studies

目前,对忧遁草的研究主要集中在有效成分的提取优化、提取物的抗氧化特性研究、提取物对细菌和病毒的影响、提取物对细胞生长的影响、提取物对动物机体影响等方面。通过检索文献库,筛选出有关忧遁草体外研究的文献进行整理归纳,综述了忧遁草对微生物、肿瘤细胞的作用,及忧遁草产品的开发现状,旨在为探索忧遁草的食疗功效提供基础依据和研究思路。

At present,the research fields of Clinacanthus nutans(Burm.F.)Lindau are mainly focused on the extraction and optimization of active components,the antioxidant properties of the extract,the effect of the extract on bacteria and virus,the effect of the extract on cell growth,and the effect of the extract on animal organism.Because most of the above studies were in vitro studies,this paper sorted and summarized the literatures about the in vitro studies of Clinacanthus nutans(Burm.F.)Lindau by searching the literature database.This paper reviewed the effects of it on microorganism and tutor cells,as well as the current state of development of its products.The purpose of this study is to provide basis and research ideas for exploring the therapeutic efficacy of Clinacanthus nutans(Burm.F.)Lindau.
