摘要
以秦安县浆水(酸菜)产业为研究对象,在实地调研的基础上,根据秦安县浆水(酸菜)产业发展的基本情况及产业布局,介绍秦安县近几年浆水(酸菜)产业发展的产业现状,分析浆水(酸菜)产业发展中存在的问题,并提出相关对策建议,以促进秦安县浆水(酸菜)产业做大做强,持续健康发展。
This paper takes Jiang shui(sauerkraut)industry of Qin'an as the research object.According to the basic situation and industrial layout of the development of Jiang shui(sauerkraut)industry of Qin'an,it introduces the industrial status of it in recent years,based on the field investigation.And it analyzes the problems in the development of Jiang shui(sauerkraut)industry,and puts forward relevant countermeasures in order to promote the industry bigger and stronger and achieve sustainable development in Qin'an.
