摘要
墨家“不扣必鸣”教育思想主张教师主动施教,主导整个教学活动。高职教育面对生源知识基础薄弱、学生学习能力不足等现实问题,更适合“不扣必鸣”式教学。教师主动施教在提高教学效率、达成集体教学目标等方面效果显著。在高职教学中,可以采用教师主动研判学情、调研社会需求、改良现有教学方法、加强师德师风建设等路径实现高效教学、立德树人。墨子“不扣必鸣”教育思想是回归教育初心、弘扬教育家精神的传统文化源头,是新时代职教人勤学笃行、行稳致远的精神基础。
The Mohist educational philosophy of“Make A Sound Without Tapping”advocates for teachers to actively teach and control the teaching process.In the face of practical problems such as weak knowledge foundation of students,poor self-discipline ability,vocational education is more suitable for the“Make A Sound Without Tapping”teaching method.Proactive teaching by teachers has significant advantages in improving teaching efficiency,achieving collective teaching goals.In vocational education,efficient teaching can be achieved through methods such as teachers assessing the learning situation in advance,actively researching social needs,improving existing teaching methods,and strengthening the construction of teacher ethics and conduct.Mozi s educational philosophy of“Make A Sound Without Tapping”is the traditional cultural source of returning to the original intention of education and promoting the spirit of educators.It is the spiritual foundation for vocational educators in the new era to study diligently,practice steadily,and achieve long-term success.
