摘要
随着新能源汽车的发展,尤其是电动汽车的普及,电动汽车的续航里程再次成为车主与准车主口中的热点。电动空调系统的能耗是影响纯电动汽车续航里程的重要因素之一。本文阐述了如何利用传统汽车空调实验系统台架,通过加装开关磁阻电机进行改装硬件系统,并利用PLC进行优化控制完成软件配套,并通过实验验证开关磁阻电机驱动压缩机节能减排的研究。
With the development of new energy vehicles,especially the popularity of electric vehicles,the cruising range of electric vehicles has once again become a hot topic among car owners and prospective car buyers.The energy consumption of the electric air conditioning system is one of the important factors affecting the cruising range of pure electric vehicles.This article explains how to use a traditional automobile air conditioning experimental system bench to modify the hardware system by adding a switched reluctance motor,and use PLC to optimize the control to complete the software package.The verification was completed through experiments to save energy and reduce emissions by driving the compressor with the switched reluctance motor.
