采样技术在设施农业电机行程控制中的应用

摘要 现阶段,设施农业电机基本以直流24V电机为主,主要用来卷膜、开窗,以实现农作物的通风和降温需求。其行程控制主要依托机身的限位开关,行程间的启停需要人工完成。市场上也有一些能够实现自动化行程控制的技术和产品,但接口不统一,升级和维护难度大、成本高。基于此,本文提出了一套基于采样技术的直流电机开环行程控制方法,不需要对直流电机做任何改动,即可实现精确的行程控制。试验结果表明,该方法可以将单次移动误差控制在总行程的1%以内。 At present,the facility agricultural motor is mainly based on DC 24V motor,which is mainly used for film rolling and window opening to realize the needs of crop ventilation and cooling.Its stroke control mainly relies on the limit switch of the fuselage,which can only realize the basic opening and closing,and the start and stop of the stroke need to be completed manually.There are also some technologies and products that can achieve automated travel control in the market,but the interface is not unified,and the upgrade and maintenance are difficult and costly.In this paper,an open-loop stroke control method of DC motor based on sampling technology is presented.The precise stroke control can be achieved without any change to the DC motor.The experimental results show that the single movement error can be controlled within 1%of the total travel.
