摘要
针对深井综采工作面传统留设宽煤柱方法护巷困难、巷道围岩失稳等问题,以彬县煤炭有限责任公司蒋家河煤矿为工程背景,通过理论分析、数值计算和现场试验的方法研究了原巷道围岩环境以及应力、变形时空演变规律以及巷道应力响应特征,针对性地提出了留设小煤柱沿空掘巷护巷方法,同时对护巷煤柱尺寸进行了适应性分析。现场实践表明,通过对采煤工作面建立监测断面,实现了巷道围岩应力以及支护体的实时监测;通过在地面建立数据分析站对井下各项监测数据进行处理和分析,对超过阈值的数据进行整合评估预警,最终实现沿空巷道围岩智能预警。
In response to the difficult roadway protection and instable surrounding rock in traditional deep well fully mechanized mining face with long-pillar,taking Jiangjiahe Coal Mine of Binxian Coal Co.,Ltd.as the engineering background,the surrounding rock environment,the spatiotemporal evolution law of stress and deformation,and the stress response characteristics of the original roadway were studied through theoretical analysis,numerical calculation,and on-site experiments.A roadway protection method for gob-side roadway driving with small-pillar was proposed,and the adaptability of the size of the coal pillars for roadway protection was analyzed.The field practice showed that the real-time monitoring of the surrounding rock stress and the support structure of the roadway had been achieved by establishing monitoring sections on the coal mining face,and the intelligent early warning of surrounding rock of gob-side roadway had been achieved finally through establishing data analysis stations on the ground to process and analyze various underground monitoring data,and to integrate,evaluate and warn the data exceeding the threshold.
