摘要
针对矿井乏风余热和涌水余热对风井场地井口和建筑物供暖进行了研究,以陕西陕煤曹家滩矿业有限公司为例,对该矿的用热需求、供热现状和余热量进行了分析,使用直冷式深焓取热乏风热泵与矿井涌水余热利用技术相结合的方法,提出了余热利用系统的设计方案,重点分析了该系统运行效果、经济和环境效益。研究结果表明,矿井乏风余热和涌水余热可满足矿井用热需求,并能获得显著的经济效益和环境效益。
The heating of the air shaft site and buildings by the waste heat from mine ventilation air methane(VAM)and water inflow.Taking Shaanxi Shanmei Caojiatan Mining Industry Co.,Ltd.as an example,the heat demand,heating status,and residual heat of the mine were analyzed.A design scheme for waste heat utilization system was proposed by combining a direct cooling deep enthalpy heat extraction exhaust heat pump with mine water inflow waste heat utilization technology,and the operating effect,economic and environmental benefits of the system were analyzed in detail.The results indicated that the waste heat from mine VAM and water inflow could meet the heat demand of the mine and achieve significant economic and environmental benefits.
