人民性:新时代进一步全面深化改革价值取向的三重意蕴——学习贯彻党的二十届三中全会精神

党的二十届三中全会强调把“坚持以人民为中心”作为进一步全面深化改革必须贯彻的重大原则之一。人民性是贯穿新时代进一步全面深化改革的一条鲜明的逻辑主线,是进一步全面深化改革向广度和深度进军的关键“钥匙”。新时代进一步全面深化改革的人民性是在秉持马克思主义经典作家改革思想的人民立场、汲取中国共产党领导人民推进改革的历史经验、科学回应新时代新征程上世情国情的发展变化基础上形成的。进一步全面深化改革的人民性体现在把人民群众的美好幸福生活作为进一步全面深化改革的出发点、将人民群众作为进一步全面深化改革的主体力量、人民群众是进一步全面深化改革成果的共享者、人民群众是进一步全面深化改革成效的评判者等方面。紧跟时代步伐,在顺应实践发展中展现进一步全面深化改革的人民性,就要从经济体制改革、政治体制改革、文化体制改革、社会体制改革、生态文明体制改革、党的建设制度改革这6个方面着力。
