针灸联合中医汤药治疗带状疱疹的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction on Herpes Zoster

目的:观察针灸联合中医汤药治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2023年8月庆阳市人民医院收治的带状疱疹(HZ)患者68例作为研究对象,信封法分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组给予西医治疗方式干预,观察组给予针灸联合中医汤药干预。比较两组患者治疗效果、症状变化情况、疼痛评分及后遗神经痛发生情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组乏力、皮肤灼热、感觉过敏评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组后遗神经痛发生概率(5.88%)低于对照组(26.47%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.314,P=0.021)。结论:联合应用针灸及中医汤药包治疗HZ,可以有效改善患者疼痛、皮疹等症状,减少后遗神经痛,总体干预效果突出。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on herpes zoster.Methods:A total of sixty-eight patients with herpes zoster(HZ)admitted to Qingyang People's Hospital from June 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by envelope method,with thirty-four cases in each group.The control group was given Western medicine treatment intervention,the observation group was given acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction intervention.The treatment effect,symptom change,pain score and occurrence of posthumous neuralgia were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of fatigue,skin burning and hyperesthesia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of posthargia in the observation group(5.88%)was lower than that in the control group(26.47%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.314,P=0.021).Conclusion:The combined application of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine decoction kit in the treatment of HZ can effectively improve patients'pain,rash and other symptoms,reduce the residual neuralgia,and the overall intervention effect is outstanding.
