远程血糖管理模式对居家2型糖尿病患者的应用效果

Effect of Remote Blood Glucose Management Mode on Patients with Type 2 Diabetes at Home

目的:研究居家2型糖尿病患者接受远程血糖管理模式的效果。方法:抽选2022年1月—2022年12月在北京市通州区张家湾镇牛堡屯卫生院接受治疗的居家2型糖尿病患者60例作为研究对象,随机分组。对照组(n=30)实施常规血糖管理模式,观察组(n=30)应用远程血糖管理模式。将两组患者的血糖指标变化情况以及自我管理能力、血糖达标率展开比对。结果:干预后,观察组各项血糖指标测定值低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者糖尿病自我管理行为量表各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者血糖达标率为93.33%,对照组为66.67%,观察组患者的血糖达标率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:远程血糖管理模式应用于居家2型糖尿病患者中的效果理想,可提高患者的血糖水平控制效果,具有进一步推广的价值。

Objective:To study the effect of remote blood glucose management in patients with type 2 diabetes at home.Methods:A total of sixty patients with type 2 diabetes at home who received treatment in Beijing Tongzhou District Zhangjiawan Town Niubaotun Health Center from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly grouped.The control group(n=30)received conventional blood glucose management mode,and the observation group(n=30)received remote blood glucose management mode.The changes of blood glucose indexes,self-management ability and blood glucose compliance rate of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the blood glucose index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of diabetes self-management behavior scale in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);the blood glucose compliance rate was 93.33%in the observation group and 66.67%in the control group,and the blood glucose compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The remote blood glucose management model has an ideal effect in type 2 diabetes patients at home,which can improve the control effect of blood glucose level in patients,and has the value of further promotion.
