品管圈活动在消毒供应中心手术器械包装环节质量控制中的应用

The Application of Quality Control Circle Activities in Quality Control of Surgical Instrument Packaging in Disinfection Supply Center

目的通过开展品管圈活动降低消毒供应中心手术器械包装不合格率,提高工作效率,降低成本。方法医院消毒供应中心自2023年3月开始实施品管圈活动。选取2023年4月的1200包(每日抽检40包,共抽检30 d)灭菌前手术器械包作为对照组,2023年9月的1200包(每日抽检40包,共抽检30 d)灭菌前手术器械包作为观察组。成立品管圈小组,将“降低手术器械包装不合格率”作为主题,通过把握现况(分析对照组情况)确认不合格原因,设定目标不合格率为7.52%,针对7项包装不合格原因拟定对策并组织实施。分析品管圈活动的有形成果(包括两组的手术器械包装不合格率及品管圈活动的目标达成率和进步率)和无形成果(圈员的沟通与配合、责任心、积极性、荣誉感、发掘问题的能力、解决问题的能力及品管手法的认识)。结果观察组手术器械包装总不合格率为5.41%,低于对照组的25.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。品管圈活动的目标达成率为112.00%,进步率为78.43%。通过品管圈活动圈员在沟通与配合、责任心、积极性、荣誉感、发掘问题的能力、解决问题的能力及品管手法的认识方面均有了不同程度的提高。结论品管圈活动不仅可降低消毒供应中心手术器械包装不合格率、提高工作效率、降低成本,也可激发圈员的管理意识和解决问题的能力,体现了持续改进的管理目标。

Objective To reduce the unqualified rate of surgical instrument packaging in the disinfection supply center,improve work efficiency,and decrease costs,by conducting quality control circle activities.Methods From March 2023,the quality control circle activity was implemented in the hospital disinfection supply center.With the selection of 1200 packages(40 packages per day for 30 days)of surgical instruments before sterilization in April 2023 as the control group,and 1200 packages(40 packages per day for 30 days)of surgical instruments before sterilization in September 2023 as the observation group,the quality control team was established with the theme of"reducing the rate of unqualified surgical instrument packaging".The cause of nonconformity was confirmed by grasping the current situation(analyzing the situation of the control group).The target failure rate was set at 7.52%,a total of 7 reasons for packaging failure were analyzed by all personnel in the circle,and countermeasures were finally formulated and implemented.The tangible results(included the unqualified rate of surgical instrument packaging in two groups and the target achievement rate and progress rate of the quality control circle activities)and intangible results(communication and cooperation among circle members,sense of responsibility,enthusiasm,sense of honor,ability to discover problems,problem-solving ability,and understanding of quality control techniques)of the quality control circle activities were analyzed.Results The total unqualified rate of surgical instrument packaging in the observation group was 5.41%,which was lower than the 25.08%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The target achievement rate of the quality control circle activity was 112.00%,and the progress rate was 78.43%.Through the quality control circle activities,the insiders had improved in different degrees in communication and cooperation,responsibility,enthusiasm,sense of honor,the ability to discover problems,the ability to solve problems and the understanding of quality control techniques.Conclusion The quality control circle activities can not only reduce the unqualified rate of surgical instrument packaging in the disinfection supply center,improve work efficiency,and reduce costs,but also stimulate the management awareness and problem-solving ability of personnel within the circle,reflecting the nursing goal of continuous improvement.
