摘要
系统辨析“三教”(职业教育、高等教育、继续教育)协同创新的合法性基础,包括规制性合法性、规范性合法性与文化-认知性合法性及其现代性价值,能够廓清“三教”协同创新的三重逻辑:在协同竞争中促进教育质量提升的国家逻辑,在互融互通中减少“三教”价值互斥的社会逻辑,在分流与回流中提供合适教育路径的个体逻辑。由此也可勾勒出“三教”协同现代职业教育体系的理想画像,并从中观设计的层面强化体系构建与运行的关键制度设计。
Based on the systematic analysis of the legitimacy basis of collaborative innovation of the“three types of education(vocational and technical education,higher education,continuing education)”,including regulative legitimacy,normative legitimacy and cultural-cognitive legitimacy,as well as its modernity value,the triple logic of the“three types of education”collaborative innovation is clarified.The logic of the state is to promote the quality of education through collaborative competition;the logic of the society is to reduce the mutually exclusive values of the“three types of education”through mutual integration and interoperability;the logic of the individual is to provide appropriate educational paths through diversion and reflux.Thus,the ideal picture of a modern vocational education system with the synergy of the“three types of education”is sketched and the key institutional design for system construction and operation can be summarized in the perspective of mesoscopic design.
