儿童外科重症监护室噪音对护理人员不利影响及防护对策研究进展

Research progress on the adverse effects of noise on nursing staff in pediatric surgical intensive care unit and protective measures

儿童外科重症监护病房(SICU)是儿童专科医院的重要组成部分,主要作用是对外科危重症患儿实施集中加强治疗、护理和监护。随着医学水平的不断进步,各种辅助医疗设备数量逐渐增加,使其室内噪音更加明显,会对护理人员的多个健康领域造成长期负面影响。本文就当前儿童SICU噪音对护理人员的不利影响及防护对策进行总结分析,以期为医护人员创建更有利的工作环境提供参考。

Children's surgical intensive care unit(SICU)is an important part of children's specialized hospital,and its main function is to provide intensive treatment,nursing and monitoring for surgical critically ill children.With the continuous improvement of medical level,the number of various auxiliary medical equipment is gradually increasing,which makes the indoor noise more obvious and will have a long-term negative impact on many health fields of nurses.In this paper,the adverse effects of SICU noise on nursing staff and protective measures are summarized and analyzed,in order to provide reference for medical staff to create a more favorable working environment.
