微课的反转式教学在放射科临床教学实践中的应用

Application of reverse teaching in micro-course in clinical teaching practice of radiology department

目的探讨微课的反转式教学在放射科临床教学实践中的应用价值。方法选取2020年9月至2023年6月在广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院放射科实习的影像技术员40名,采用简单随机抽样法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组各20名。对照组采用传统教学模式,试验组采用微课的反转式教学。教学结束后进行考核和问卷调查,对两组考核成绩、教学满意度和教学成效进行评价和分析。结果试验组理论考核成绩、实践操作考核成绩、教学满意度、知识掌握程度、技能提升程度、学习兴趣程度、团队合作能力、沟通能力、解决问题能力和师生关系评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用微课的反转式教学可以提升放射科的整体教学水平,激发学生的学习兴趣与主动性,从而提升学生的综合能力,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application value of reverse teaching in micro-course in clinical teaching practice of radiology.Methods From September 2020 to June 2023,a total of 40 imaging technicians who interned in the radiology department of the Guangxi Medical University Cancer Hospital were selected.They were divided into control group and experimental group by simple random sampling method,with 20 people in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the experimental group adopted the reverse teaching of micro-courses.After the end of teaching,the assessment and questionnaire survey were conducted to evaluate and analyze the assessment results,teaching satisfaction and teaching effectiveness.Results The experimental group’s theoretical assessment scores,practical operation assessment scores,teaching satisfaction,knowledge mastery,skill enhancement,learning interest,teamwork ability,communication ability,problem solving ability and teacher-student relationship scores were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The reverse teaching of micro-courses can improve the overall teaching level of radiology department,stimulate students’interest and initiative in learning,and thus improve students’comprehensive ability,which is worth promoting and applying.
