混合式课程思政教学模式在病理学教学中的应用效果

摘要 目的基于学习通平台探索混合式课程思政教学模式在病理学教学中的应用效果。方法选取山西大同大学医学院2021级临床医学专业本科生266名为研究对象,随机抽选一个教学班为试验组,其余班级为对照组。试验组学生采用线上线下混合式课程思政教学模式,对照组采用常规教学模式授课,研究时间为2023年3—7月。通过期末考试成绩和问卷调查评价教学效果。结果试验组学生的平时成绩为(93.15±9.91)分,明显高于对照组的(89.78±9.23)分,尤其表现在课程出勤、教学互动、视频学习方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查问卷显示,有56.18%和32.67%的学生认为融入思政元素对于教学非常重要或比较重要;55.78%和25.10%的学生认为在思政教学中收获颇丰或收获较多;与对照组比较,试验组学生普遍认为思政教学可以提高对病理学课程的学习兴趣和学习成绩。结论在病理学教学中开展混合式课程思政教学模式,有助于提升教学效果、提高学生的积极性,可以进一步推广实施。 Objective To explore the application effect of mixed curriculum ideological and political teaching mode in pathology teaching based on the Learning Platform.Methods A total of 266 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine from the grade 2021 of the School of Medicine,Shanxi Datong University were selected as the research subjects.One teaching class was randomly selected as the experimental group,while the other classes were selected as the control group.The students in the experimental group adopted the online and offline mixed curriculum ideological and political teaching mode,while the students in the control group adopted the conventional teaching mode.The research period was from March to July 2023.The teaching effectiveness was evaluated through final exam scores and questionnaire surveys.Results The average score of the students in the experimental group was(93.15±9.91)points,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(89.78±9.23)points,especially in terms of class attendance,teaching interaction and video learning,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).According to the questionnaire,56.18%and 32.67%of students believed that it was very important or relatively important to integrate ideological and political elements into teaching;55.78%and 25.10%of students thought that they had gained a lot in ideological and political teaching.Compared with the control group,students in the experimental group generally believed that ideological and political teaching can improve their interest in learning pathology courses and their academic performance.Conclusion The mixed curriculum ideological and political teaching mode in pathology teaching is helpful to improve the teaching effectiveness and students'motivation,which can be further promoted and impleme nted.
