财务管理课程思政体系建设研究

摘要 为响应党的二十大号召并助推教育强国建设,构建了一套适应中国式现代化的财务管理课程思政体系。该体系遵循成果导向教育理念,按照“目标确定—内容开发—教学活动—教学评价”的逻辑路线,明确了课程的价值目标。通过“133课程思政融合策略”,促进了思政元素与专业知识的深度整合,实现了知识传授与价值引领的统一。同时,通过实施混合式教学、创新课程评价机制,持续提升课程思政育人效果。研究成果为经管类课程思政建设提供了新视角,对培养高素质财经人才具有显著的实践意义。 In response to the call of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and to boost the construction of an educational power,a set of ideological and political system of financial management courses adapted to the Chinese path to modernization has been constructed.This system follows the resultsoriented education concept and follows the logical route of"goal determination-content development-teaching activities-teaching evaluation",clarifying the value goals of the curriculum.Through the"133 course integration of ideological and political education",the deep integration of ideological and political elements with professional knowledge has been promoted,achieving the unity of knowledge transmission and value guidance.At the same time,by implementing blended learning and innovating curriculum evaluation mechanisms,we can continuously improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the curriculum.The research results provide a new perspective for the ideological and political construction of economic and management courses,and have significant practical significance for cultivating high-quality financial and economic talents.
