摘要
本文以某发动机连杆为研究对象,分别对三种不同材料40Cr、45钢和QT40-10制成的连杆进行有限元模态和谐响应研究,并得出三种不同材料连杆的固有频率、易发生共振破坏的区域以及外部激励应该避开的频率。研究结果表明:QT40-10的固有频率较40Cr和45钢的低,而且采用40Cr中碳合金钢制成的连杆应避免的外部激励频率较高,而且振幅最小。
This article takes a certain engine connecting rod as the research object,and conducts finite element modal and harmonic response research on connecting rods made of three different materials,40Cr,45 steel,and QT40-10,respectively,and obtains the natural frequencies of three different materials of connecting rods,areas prone to resonance failure,and frequencies that external excitation should avoid.The research results indicate that:the natural frequency of QT40-10 is lower than that of 40Cr and 45 steel,and connecting rods made of 40Cr medium carbon alloy steel should avoid higher external excitation frequencies and have the smallest amplitude.
