摘要
三坐标测量机是装备制造行业必不可少的检测设备,具有检测精度高、操作智能化及批量检测等优势。本文首先介绍了市场主流海克斯康品牌的三坐标测量机结构及工作原理,通过回转轴和带键槽轴介绍两种建立坐标系的方法。然后以带键槽轴为测量任务,合理设置测量策略完成典型几何特征测量与评价。最后分析误差来源,并对提高三坐标测量机检测精度提出合理化建议。
Three coordinate measuring machines are essential testing equipment in the equipment manufacturing industry,with advantages such as high detection accuracy,intelligent operation,and batch testing.This article first introduces the structure and working principle of the mainstream Hexconn brand's coordinate measuring machine in the market,and introduces two methods of establishing a coordinate system through a rotary axis and a keyway axis.Then,taking the keyway axis as the measurement task,a reasonable measurement strategy is set to complete the measurement and evaluation of typical geometric features.Finally,analyze the sources of errors and provide reasonable suggestions for improving the detection accuracy of coordinate measuring machines.
