摘要
本文提出了一种基于三次设计和模糊理论的三次模糊设计方法,在工程机械设计中应用步骤包括系统设计和参数设计。通过信噪比模糊综合评判方法解决了显著性检验问题,并改进了参数设计中项目特性SN比计算式的不足。系统设计侧重于选择基本模型实现所需功能,参数设计是产品设计的核心,通过正交表进行设计优化。这种方法可以处理特定设计需求,如圆柱齿轮的接触应力和弯曲应力作为缩小特性,或在确定参数设计的可控因素时处理齿宽、分度圆直径、齿数等。
This article proposes a cubic fuzzy design method based on cubic design and fuzzy theory.The application steps in engineering machinery design include system design and parameter design.The significance test problem has been solved through the signal-to-noise ratio fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the shortcomings of the item characteristic SN ratio calculation formula in parameter design have been improved.System design focuses on selecting basic models to achieve the required functions,and parameter design is the core of product design,which is optimized through orthogonal tables.This method can handle specific design requirements,such as contact stress and bending stress of cylindrical gears as reduction characteristics,or handle tooth width,indexing circle diameter,number of teeth,etc.when determining controllable factors for parameter design.
