基于航空发动机零部件失效分析的工程应用创新教学实践

摘要 本文基于航空发动机关键零部件失效分析的工程应用创新教学实践探索,通过系统分析和实践操作提升学生的工程技能和创新能力。结合实际案例,将失效分析理论与实际检测相结合,对航空发动机零部件失效原因深入分析。结合工程实际应用,提出了一种创新的教学方法。该方法以提高学生的实际操作能力和创新能力为目标,强调理论与实践的结合,注重培养学生的实际问题解决能力。这种教学模式不仅增强了学生对航空发动机关键零部件的理解,而且锻炼了他们的工程实践能力和创新思维,为未来航空工程领域培养出具备实际操作经验和解决问题能力的高质量人才。 Based on the exploration of engineering application innovation teaching practice of failure analysis of key components of aero engine,this paper improves students'engineering skills and innovation ability through systematic analysis and practical operation.Combining with the actual case,the failure analysis theory and the actual test are combined to analyze the failure causes of aero engine parts.Combining with the practical application of engineering,an innovative teaching method is put forward.This method aims to improve students'practical operation ability and innovation ability,emphasizes the combination of theory and practice,and focuses on cultivating students'practical problem-solving ability.This teaching mode not only enhances the students'understanding of the key components of aviation engines,but also exercises their engineering practice ability and innovative thinking,and trains high-quality talents with practical experience and problem-solving ability for the future aviation engineering field.
