原发性脑肿瘤患者身体意象失调现状及影响因素分析

Status and Influencing Factors of Body Image Disturbance in Patients with Primary Brain Tumor

目的:了解原发性脑肿瘤患者身体意象失调现状及影响因素,为临床干预提供理论支持。方法:采用方便抽样法,选取2020年12月至2021年8月在昆明市某三甲综合医院神经外科住院的原发性脑肿瘤患者进行问卷调查,问卷包括一般资料问卷、身体意象量表、心理弹性量表-14、医学应对方式问卷、领悟社会支持量表。采用多元线性逐步回归分析探讨原发性脑肿瘤患者身体意象失调的影响因素。结果:226例原发性脑肿瘤患者身体意象得分为5.00(3.00,9.00)分,88.5%的患者存在身体意象失调,其中22.1%的患者存在严重身体意象失调。社会支持、心理弹性、文化程度、回避应对、性别、肿瘤分级是原发性脑肿瘤患者身体意象失调的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:原发性脑肿瘤患者身体意象失调现状严峻,临床工作者应针对影响因素,采取干预策略改善身体意象失调问题,促进患者身心健康。

Objective:To investigate the status and influencing factors of body image disturbance in patients with primary brain tumor,and to provide theoretical support for clinical intervention.Methods:Convenience sampling method was used to select primary brain tumor patients hospitalized in the neurosurgery department of a tertiary hospital in Kunming from December 2020 to August 2021 for questionnaire survey.The questionnaire included gerneral demographic questionnaire,Body Image Scale,Resilience Scale-14,Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire,Perceived Social Support Scale.Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis was used to investigate the influencing factors of body image disturbance in patients with primary brain tumor.Results:The body image score of 226 patients with primary brain tumors was 5.00(3.00,9.00)points,88.5%of the patients had body image disturbance,and 22.1%of the patients had severe body image disturbance.Social support,psychological resilience,literacy level,avoidance coping strategy,gender and tumor grade were the independent influencing factors of body image disturbance in patients with primary brain tumor(P<0.05).Conclusion:The current situation of body image disturbance in patients with primary brain tumor is serious.According to the influencing factors,clinical workers should take intervention strategies to improve the problem of body image disturbance and promote the physical and mental health of patients.
