摘要
针对攀钢集团攀枝花钢钒有限公司轨梁厂60 kg/m钢轨轨头轧痕缺陷问题,分析得出坯料规格大造成轨腰开裂、轧件进钢端轨头长于轨底和U2头部立辊粘钢是导致缺陷的主要原因。通过铸坯倒角处理、采取BD1轧机轧制规程优化和U2头部立辊材质优化的治理措施,60 kg/m钢轨轨头轧痕下线和改判率由0.45%降低至0.12%,U2头部立辊粘钢频次显著下降,每班用于修磨U2头部立辊的时间由30 min减少至10 min,产品质量和生产效率得到显著提升。
In allusion to the rolling mark defects on 60 kg/m steel rail heads produced by Rail&Beam Plant of Panzhihua Vanadium Co.,Ltd.of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group,it was concluded that the main causes leading to the defects were that the webs of steel rails were cracked due to the oversize blanks,the rail heads at the steel-going entry ends of the rolled pieces were longer than the rail feet and that the U2 head vertical roll was in dead burning.By taking such shooting measures as carrying out chamfering treatment for casting billets,optimizing the rolling schedule of BD1 rolling mill and optimizing the materials for making the U2 head vertical roll,the inferior rolling marks and the overruling rate of 60 kg/m rail heads were reduced from 0.45%to 0.12%,the frequency of dead burning by the U2 head vertical rolls was significantly reduced,and the time for grinding U2 head vertical rolls per shift was reduced from 30 min to 10 min,and the quality of products and production efficiency were significantly improved.
