摘要
教师教研应从重视个体垂直发展的人力资本向关注教师交往互动的社会资本转向。在社会资本视野下,教师教研存在工具薄弱、规则缺乏计划性以及分工不公平等问题。在社会资本无形的关系网络和有形的物质基础上创造和维持教师共同体的交往是改进教师教研的新视角。从结构上看,重构教师教研的社会资本是教研成员之间生产、交换和分配的互动协调。从方向上看,推动持续稳定的教师教研是物质工具与心理工具之间的创造生产,是规则约束和规则变通之间的灵活交换,也是技术分工和地位分工之间的合理分配。
Teachers'teaching and research should be shifted from the human capital of individual vertical development to the social capital of teachers'interaction.From the perspective of social capital,teachers'teaching and research have some problems,such as weak tools,lack of planning rules and unfair division of labor.Creating and maintaining teachers'interaction on the basis of the intangible relationship network and tangible material of social capital is a new perspective to improve teachers'teaching and research.The reconstruction of teachers'social capital in teaching and research is the coordinated development of exchange,distribution and production among the members.The direction of promoting the continuous and stable teaching and research is to create production between material tools and psychological tools,is the flexible exchange between rules constraint and rules flexibility,and is the reasonable distribution between technical division and status division.
