摘要
针对应急供能的发展现状及存在问题,提出了一种基于光储充直流技术的平急两用充电系统技术方案,给出了一种基于负荷特性的柔性调节充电策略。最后分析了平急两用充电系统的关键技术和应用场景,为应急供能提供了一种绿色低碳的技术方案。
This article proposes a technical solution for emergency dual use charging system based on optical storage charging DC technology,in order to target the current development status and existing problems of emergency energy supply.A flexible adjustment charging strategy based on load characteristics is proposed,and the key technologies and application scenarios of emergency dual use charging system are analyzed,which providing a green and low-carbon technical solution for emergency energy supply.
