摘要
检测中发现同一批次的部分液压电磁断路器动作时间存在较大差异,初步分析为延时管装配和密封过程中,延时管内存在不同含量的空气,致使铁心受到的阻尼力大小不同。通过建立流体力学模型,仿真计算了不同空气含量时的阻尼力数据,并在ADAMS中进行动力学仿真。结果表明,随着空气含量的不同,阻尼力的大小会产生变化,进而影响断路器的动作时间。
During the inspection,it was found that the operation time of some oil damping circuit breakers of the same batch was quite different.Preliminary analysis shows that there is different content of air in oil cup during the assembly and sealing process of delay tube,resulting in different damping force on iron core.Through the establishment of fluid dynamics model,the damping force data of different air content are simulated and calculated,and the dynamic simulation is carried out in ADAMS.The results show that with the different air content,the size of damping force will change,and then affect the action time of circuit breaker.
