近年来,逆全球化浪潮、新冠疫情、地缘政治冲突等因素不断对全球供应链重构产生重大影响,我国国际供应链稳定与安全面临一定挑战。面对全球供应链格局加速演变的时代背景,我国应着力打造数字国际供应链平台,加快数字国际供应链海内外战略布局,加紧制定和完善数字国际供应链政策体系,推动形成全球数字供应链与经贸规则新框架。

In recent years,factors such as the anti-globalization wave,the COVID-19 pandemic,and geopolitical conflicts have continuously had a significant impact on the reconstruction of the global supply chain,and my country's international supply chain stability and security are facing challenges.Faced with the era of accelerated evolution of the global supply chain pattern,my country should focus on building a digital international supply chain platform,accelerate the expansion of the digital international supply chain's strategic layout at home and abroad,speed up the formulation and improvement of the digital international supply chain policy system,and promote the formation of a new framework for global digital supply chain and economic and trade rules.
