Urban Regeneration Empowers the Development of New Quality Productive Forces

城市更新是发展新质生产力的基础保障和重要路径。为充分释放城市存量资源的内在潜力,强化其对新质生产力的支撑和赋能作用,本文建议在实施城市更新行动中进一步优化生产力布局、创新生产要素配置方式、充分挖掘存量住房资源、塑造创新型公共空间,构建存量资源利用评估体系,在保障城市可持续发展的同时助力新质生产力的高质量发展。

Urban regeneration is the fundamental guarantee and important pathway for developing new quality productive forces.To fully leverage urban stock resources in supporting and empowering new quality productive forces,this article provides several recommendations for urban regeneration efforts including optimizing the layout of productivity,innovating the configuration of production elements,fully tapping into existing housing resources,shaping innovative public spaces,and establishing an assessment framework for the utilization of existing resources.These measures aim not only to ensure sustainable urban development but also to facilitate the high-quality development of new quality productive forces.
