某型振动台台面支撑控制系统的设计与实现

摘要 某型振动台采用永磁式电动振动台激振方式,为了实现该振动台台面的自动调平、定位和隔振,采用空气弹簧柔性支撑和电动推杆刚性支撑对振动台进行台面支撑。为了实现台面支撑的电气控制,设计了一套控制系统。控制系统基于西门子S7-200 SMART系列PLC和MCGS触摸屏设计,采用重量计算粗调辅助补偿和PID闭环精调的控制策略,给定合适的PID参数,有效解决了气路控制中存在的滞后问题和多个空气弹簧自动调平的耦合问题。调试结果表明,台面支撑控制系统实现了100 s内完成自动调平及定位,台面支撑各点的位移误差控制在了0.5 mm以内。 A type of vibration table is achieved by using a permanent magnet electric vibration table excitation method.In order to achieve auto-leveling,positioning,and vibration isolation of the vibration table-board,air spring flexible support and linear actuator rigid support are used to support the vibration table-board.In order to achieve the electrical control of the table-board,a control system was designed,which is based on the Siemens S7-200 SMART series PLC and MCGS touch panel.Control strategy of PID closed-loop fine-tuning with weight calculation coarse tuning auxiliary compensation was adopted.Given appropriate PID parameters,the hysteresis problem in air control and the coupling problem of multiple air spring auto-leveling were effectively solved.After the commissioning,results show that the control system for table-board support has achieved auto-leveling and positioning within 100 s,and the displacement deviation of each point for table-board support is controlled within 0.5 mm.
