摘要
与我国常规M310机组不同,AP1000机组反应堆压力容器为一体化顶盖设计结构,其主螺栓孔检查必须在一体化顶盖法兰面上进行检查,故进行了检查设备定位行走分析与研究,设计了一套气动控制系统。经试验验证,检查设备缺陷二维测量精度高于0.1 mm,其行走定位过程中深度偏差小于1 mm,使检查设备能够在顶盖法兰面上沿圆弧自动行走,并实现主螺栓孔精确定位。
Different from Chinese conventional M310 unit,AP1000 unit reactor pressure vessel is an integrated top cover design structure,and its main bolt hole inspection must be checked on the integrated top cover flange surface,so this paper conducts inspection equipment positioning walking analysis and research,and design a pneumatic control system.Verified through experiments,the two dimensional measurement accuracy of inspection equipment is higher than 0.1 mm,the depth deviation during its walking positioning process is less than 1 mm.So that the inspection equipment can automatically walk along the arc on the top cover flange surface,and realize the precise positioning of the main bolt hole.
