摘要
手足多汗症及腋臭严重影响患者的生活及社交,甚至可导致焦虑、抑郁等。肉毒素是一种通过靶向突触传递治疗高胆碱能活性疾病的神经毒素,已广泛应用于局部多汗症及腋臭的治疗,为安全、有效的微创手段。本文旨在综述肉毒素的作用机制及多汗症、腋臭治疗现状,重点探讨肉毒素在手足多汗症中的新型“无针化”、“无痛”技术,以及在腋臭治疗中的最新研究进展。
Palmoplantar hyperhidrosis and axillary bromhidrosis significantly impact patients′daily lives and social interactions,potentially leading to anxiety and depression.Botulinum toxin,which selectively targets synaptic transmission to treat high cholinergic activity diseases,is widely used for localized hyperhidrosis and axillary bromhidrosis.It is a safe,effective,and minimally invasive treatment.This review examines the mechanism of botulinum toxin and provides an overview of current treatments for hyperhidrosis and axillary bromhidrosis.It focuses on new needle-free and painless techniques for treating palmoplantar hyperhidrosis and the latest advancements in managing axillary bromhidrosis.
