富血小板血浆(platelet rich plasma,PRP)是一种自体血液衍生物,富含多种生长因子及其它一些生物活性物质,对机体的炎症反应、血管生成、细胞增殖等均具有积极作用,可以帮助组织修复再生。如今PRP已被证明可治疗多种类型的脱发,能有效改善患者的头发密度、直径等,具有非常广阔的应用前景。但目前PRP治疗脱发仍处于起步阶段,关于制备方案、疗效影响因素等方面尚无统一定论,因此未来研究需聚焦于标准化制备方案以及个体化治疗策略的优化探索,以发挥其最大潜力。

Platelet rich plasma(PRP)is a autologous blood derivative and have various growth factors and other bioactive substances which has a positive effect on the body′s inflammatory response,angiogenesis,cell proliferation and can help tissue repair and regeneration.At present,PRP has been proven to be effective in treating various types of hair loss and improving patients′hair density and diameter which has a very broad application prospect.However,PRP treatment for hair loss is still in its infancy,and there is no consensus on the preparation protocol and factors affecting efficacy.Therefore,further research needs to focus on standardizing the preparation protocol and optimizing individualized treatment strategies to maximize its potential.
