Preparation of a Laundry Detergent with Softness and Antibacterial Properties

洗衣液作为人们日常生活中重要的洗涤用品被广泛使用。选用安全环保的原料,辅以中药提取的杀菌消毒成分,提高洗衣液的抑菌能力;加入有柔软性能的两性表面活性剂,赋予产品柔顺性,使洗后衣物更加柔软。采用正交实验法确定了多功能洗衣液的较佳配制条件,结果表明,表面活性剂的含量对洗涤效果影响最大,其次是乳化温度、乳化时间等。对配制的多功能洗衣液的稳定性、去污能力和杀菌能力等进行测试,测试结果表明其对红墨水、食用油和牛奶的去污力良好,并对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌有抑菌性,柔顺效果也较清洗之前有所提高。

Detergents have been widely used as important washing products in daily life.In this work,safe and environmentalfriendly raw materials were selected,together with sterilization ingredients derived from traditional Chinese medicine herbs to improve the antibacterial activity of multifunctional detergent product.Amphoteric surfactants of soft properties are added to endow the product with the ability to make the clothes softer after washing.The preparation conditions of multifunctional laundry liquid were optimized via orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the content of surfactants has the greatest influence on the washing effect,followed by emulsifying temperature and emulsifying time.The stability,cleaning capacity and bactericidal activity of the multifunctional detergents were determined,revealing they not only have good detergent performance against edible oil,red ink and milk,but also possess good bacteriostatic activity against Escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus.The softening effect has also been improved compared to before cleaning.
