摘要
收卷装置在纺织、造纸等行业中扮演着重要角色。随着工业4.0的发展,智能控制方法成为提高收卷质量和效率的关键。本项目采用计算机系统对收卷装置进行智能控制,通过建立数学模型、设计控制算法并进行仿真实验。结果表明,该方法能有效减少张力波动,提高收卷均匀性,并实现自适应调节。与传统控制方法相比,智能控制在收卷质量和生产效率方面均有显著提升,为相关行业的技术升级提供了新的思路。
The winding device plays an important role in industries such as textiles and papermaking.With the development of Industry 4.0,the intelligent control methods have become the key to improving the quality and efficiency of winding.This project uses a computer system to intelligently control the winding device.Simulation experiments are conducted by establishing mathematical models and designing control algorithms.The results show that this method can effectively reduce tension fluctuations,improve winding uniformity,and achieve adaptive adjustment.Compared with traditional control methods,intelligent control has significantly improved the quality of winding and production efficiency,providing new ideas for the technological upgrading of related industries.
