摘要
《名医别录》将牛蒡列为中品,性味辛、苦、寒,能够疏风祛邪、清热解毒,治疗外感热病、温病初起等,是预防和治疗疫病的必备良药。基于古今文献学、现代药理学对牛蒡子治疗疫病进行梳理,探讨牛蒡子治疗疫病的理论依据,为临床防治疫病提供参考。
In"Mingyi Bielu",great burdock achene is classified as a medium grade[drug],with a pungent,bitter,and cold nature and taste.It can dispel wind pathogens,clear heat and remove toxicity,and treat exogenous febrile diseases and the initial onset of warm diseases.It is a necessary medicine for preventing and treating epidemic diseases.Based on ancient and modern literature and modern pharmacology,this paper sorts out the treatment of epidemic diseases with great burdock achene,and explores the theoretical basis of this therapy,in order to provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases.
