历史城区保护与更新耦合梯度管控体系构建——以甘肃省张掖市为例

Construction of a Coupled Gradient Control Framework for Conservation-Renewal in Historic Urban Area:Taking Zhangye City in Gansu Province as an Example

为了促进历史城区整体性保护与有机更新的统一协调,加强各类相关规划和具体实施间的传导,实现历史城区面向实施的更新精细化综合管控。基于城市形态学、有机更新和整体性保护等相关理论,构建历史城区保护与更新耦合梯度管控体系,涵盖保护更新基本单元的统一、保护更新评价与耦合、保护更新管控与引导三部分内容,进而以甘肃省张掖市历史城区为例展开实践分析,并形成相应的管控数据库,为更新方案制定与实施提供参考,以期为历史城区风貌保护与城市更新的协调提供思路。

To promote the integration between the holistic conservation and organic renewal of historic urban area,enhance the transmission between multiple plans and their implementation,and realize refined governance of historical urban area towards implementation,a coupled gradient control framework for historical area conservation and renewal is established based on the theories of urban morphology,organic renewal,and holistic conservation.It consists of three parts:the unification of protection and renewal units,the evaluation and coupling of protection and renewal,and the gradient management and control system.The approach is practiced in the historical urban area of Zhangye city,Gansu province,a renowned historical and cultural city,and a corresponding control database is formed,which provides reference for the formulation and implementation of the renewal plan,thereby offering ideas for the coordination between feature protection and urban renewal of historic urban areas.
