先发地区乡村地区工业用地转型发展思路与路径——以南京市江宁区江宁街道为例

Industrial Land Use Transition Ideas and Paths in Advanced Rural Area:Jiangning Street,Jiangning District,Nanjing

传统乡村工业发展面临低效、污染的问题,随着国家经济发展进入高质量发展阶段,急需探索乡村工业转型发展路径。以江苏省南京市江宁区江宁街道为例,基于低效空间识别的乡村工业空间重构理论,从用地空间重构和功能空间重构两个方面提出江宁街道乡村工业转型发展路径,为先发地区乡村工业转型发展提供有益借鉴。

Traditional rural industries have problems of low efficiency and heavy pollution,and its development transition needs to be explored in the era of high quality economic development.In the practice of Jiangning street,Jiangning district,Nanjing,the theory of rural industry spatial restructuring by low efficient space recognition serves as the basis for the establishment of rural industrial land development benefit evaluation system,and selection of priority development industries.A rural industrial land development transition path is proposed,providing reference for advanced regions.
