Socialization of Production and Property Rights towards Public Ownership under the Platform Economy:Changes and Trend

平台经济是以数字化信息作为劳动对象,利用互联网通信设备等劳动资料进行生产的经济形式,在这个基础上重塑劳动过程,产生新的劳动产品,带来了生产社会化的诸多新变化。文章运用马克思的生产社会化理论剖析平台经济的发展,通过研究平台经济生产社会化的表现,以及平台经济生产社会化与产权私有之间的矛盾,试图阐明平台经济下生产社会化的发展趋势,即产权的公有化。平台经济呈现公有化的趋势既是生产社会化的必然要求,也具有一定的现实基础,同时中国推进平台经济公有化也具有相应的优势。因此,逐步实现对于大型平台的国有化和平台财富的全民共享是平台经济生产社会化发展的应有之义。

Platform economy is an economic form in which digital information is taken as the object of labor and labor materials such as Internet communication equipment are used for production.On this basis,the labor process is reshaped,new labor products are produced,and many new changes in the socialization of production are brought about.This paper applies Marx’s theory of socialization of production to conduct an in-depth analysis of the development of platform economy,and through studying the performance of socialization of platform economic production and the contradiction between socialization of platform economic production and private property rights,tries to clarify the development trend of socialization of production under platform economy,that is,property rights go towards public ownership.Platform economy tending towards public ownership is the inevitable requirement of socialization of production,but also has a certain base of reality.At the same time,China’s promoting platform economy towards public ownership also has corresponding advantages.Therefore,it is necessary for the social development of socialization of production of platform economy to gradually realize the nationalization of large platforms and the sharing of platform wealth.
