摘要
代谢相关脂肪性肝病(MAFLD)是一种最常见的代谢性疾病,已成为目前中国最普遍的肝脏疾病,随着病程的进展会对身体和健康产生诸多负面影响,如肝功能受损,MAFLD可导致肝炎、肝纤维化,甚至发展为肝硬化及肝癌;MAFLD还可导致身体代谢紊乱,从而影响能量代谢和胰岛素抵抗,诱导糖尿病、高血压和心血管疾病的发生。越来越多的研究显示,线粒体自噬能够降解受损或老化的线粒体,维持生物体内线粒体的数量和质量,在MAFLD的进展中发挥着非常重要的作用。已有研究表明,部分中药和复方可以通过调控线粒体自噬途径来治疗MAFLD。文章对中医药调控线粒体自噬治疗代谢相关脂肪性肝病的机制研究作一综述,为该病今后的防治策略提供参考。
Metabolic-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD) is one of the most common metabolic diseases and has become the most common liver disease in China.With the progression of the disease,it will have many negative effects on the body and health,such as impaired liver function.MAFLD can lead to hepatitis,liver fibrosis,and even cirrhosis and liver cancer.MAFLD can also lead to metabolic disorders in the body,thereby affecting energy metabolism and insulin resistance,and inducing diabetes,hypertension and cardiovascular disease.A growing number of studies have shown that mitophagy can degrade damaged or aged mitochondria,maintain the quantity and quality of mitochondria in organisms,and play a very important role in the progress of MAFLD.Studies have shown that some traditional Chinese medicines and compounds can treat MAFLD by regulating the mitophagy pathway.This article reviews the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine regulating mitophagy in the treatment of metabolic-related fatty liver disease,and provides reference for the future prevention and treatment strategies of the disease.
