医学院校医学生人文素养教育状况调查与建议

摘要 基于安徽省两所医学院校医学生的调研,发现目前医学生人文素养教育尚存在人文素养教育内涵认识不够、医学人文学科课程体系设置不够合理、医学生人文教育教学方法较为单一等方面问题,因此,应从树立医学人本主义教育理念、加强医学人文师资队伍建设、构建合理的医学人文素养课程体系、拓展多元化人文素养教育模式等方面入手,促进树立“医文融合”新医科理念,提升医学生综合人文素养。 Based on the Investigation made on the students in two medical colleges in Anhui Province,it was discovered that there are some problems with the humanistic quality education for medical colleges,including the lack of comprehension for humanistic literacy education,the unreasonable setting of humanistic curriculum system,the single teaching method and so on.Hence,it should be done to establish new medical idea of“medicine-humanism integration”and promote medical students’comprehensive humanistic quality from the aspects of establishing medical humanistic education ideas,strengthening the teaching staff in medical humanism,constructing a reasonable medical humanistic quality curriculum system and expanding diversified humanistic quality education model.
