40%丁氟螨酯·联苯肼酯悬浮剂的气相色谱分析

Analysis of cyflumetofen·bifenazate 40% SC by GC

建立一种气相色谱分析方法,以癸二酸二辛酯为内标,对40%丁氟螨酯·联苯肼酯悬浮剂中有效成分进行定量检测。结果表明,丁氟螨酯和联苯肼酯分离效果良好,线性相关系数均为0.9995,标准偏差分别为0.0515和0.1145,相对标准偏差分别为0.34%和0.45%,平均回收率分别为99.98%和99.81%。该分析方法操作简便,分离效果好,精密度和准确度高,满足丁氟螨酯和联苯肼酯定性定量分析要求。

A method for separation and quantitative analysis of cyflumetofen·bifenazate 40%SC by GC was established.Detection was performed using Agilent HP-1 capillary column and FID detector,with dioctyl sebacate as the internal standard.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of cyflumetofen and bifenazate were 0.9995 and 0.9995,the standard deviations were 0.0515 and 0.1145,the relative standard deviations were 0.34%and 0.45%,the average recoveries were 99.98%and 99.81%,respectively.The method was simple,rapid,accurate,and applicable to the qualitative and quantitiative analysis of cyflumetofen and bifenazate.
