GE燃气轮机控制系统EGD协议研究及应用

摘要 美国通用电气(GE)公司在1998年为其PLC、工业控制器开发了一种名为EGD的通讯协议(以太网全局数据通讯协议),用以交换各个PLC和控制器之间的数据。该协议通讯稳定、速度快,是一种稳定高效的通讯协议。当前有相当多的燃气轮机电厂使用DCS(分散控制系统)和TCS(燃气轮机控制系统)进行联合循环的协调控制。如果能够将EGD通讯协议应用在不同的控制系统底层之间传输数据,那么将极大地节省了系统间数据交互的成本,提高数据利用率。但是该协议外部资料较少,GE公司并未对外提供详细的文档。笔者以工作单位的Mark VIe网络为实验对象,对EGD通讯协议展开了研究,自主编制了一套协议转换软件,并成功应用于生产实际。 In 1998,General Electric(GE)company developed an Ethernet global data(EGD)communication protocol for its programmable logic controller(PLC)and industrial controller to exchange data between each PLC and controller.The protocol is a stable and efficient communication protocol with high speed and stable communication.At present,a considerable number of gas turbine power plants use distributed control system(DCS)and gas turbine control system(TCS)for coordinated control of combined cycle.If EGD communication protocol can be applied to transmit data between different control systems,the cost of data interaction between systems will be greatly saved and data utilization rate will be improved.However,the external information of this protocol was few,GE company did not provide detailed documents.The author took the Mark VIe network of the work unit as the experimental object,carried out research on the EGD communication protocol,and independently compiled a set of protocol conversion software,and successfully applied to the production practice.
