摘要
新时代教育方针的本质是培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,这对大学专业人才培养体系建设提出了更高的要求。根据药学专业人才培养目标,结合实际,通过贯穿艾草种植、科研、教学、课程思政、文化传承、创新创业实践活动等融为一体的“五育并举”教学实践案例研究,总结在实践教学过程中的“1+5+N”教学模式改革设计与成效,探索“五育并举”药学人才培养模式与思路,逐步健全“三全育人”“五育并举”视域下一流大学药学高等人才培养教育体系。
The essence of the education policy in the new era is to cultivate socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor,which puts forward higher requirements for the construction of the university’s professional talent training system.Based on the training objectives of pharmaceutical professionals and combined with practical situations,this article summarizes the reform design and effectiveness of the“1+5+N”teaching model in the practical teaching process through a case study of“five-education integration”in Artemisia argyi Levl.et Vant.planting,scientific research,teaching,curriculum ideology and politics,cultural inheritance,innovation and entrepreneurship practice activities,and explores the pharmaceutical talent training model and ideas to gradually improve the education system for cultivating higher pharmaceutical talents in first-class universities from the perspective of“three comprehensive education and five-education integration”.
