“法治中国”背景下高校法治教育发展路径研究——以内蒙古为例

Current Situation and Development Approach of Legal Education in Colleges and Universities under the Background of“Law-based China”:Taking Inner Mongolia as an Example

随着我国法治教育的发展进步,高校法治教育已成为培养学生法律素养的重要抓手和主要阵地,是建设法治社会、法治中国的关键一环。当前,内蒙古地区高校法治教育还存在诸多问题,如法治教育的目标不清晰、教育内容缺乏科学性、教育方式相对单一。因此,有必要从高校法治教育的基本要求出发,立足内蒙古高等教育阶段的法治教育现状,在肯定内蒙古高校法治教育取得一定成效的同时,对其存在的问题进行考察研究,以期能提出符合内蒙古高校法治教育的可行建议。

With the development of legal education in China,legal education in universities has become an important point and main position to cultivate students’legal literacy,which is the key part of constructing a society and China under the rule of law.At present,there are still many problems in the legal education of universities in our district,such as unclear goals for legal education,lack of scientific content,and relatively single educational methods.Therefore,it is necessary to start from the basic requirements of legal education in colleges and universities,based on the status quo of legal education in higher education stage in Inner Mongolia,while affirming that the legal education in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia has achieved certain results,investigate and study the existing problems,in order to put forward feasible suggestions in line with the legal education in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia.
