摘要
从高校导师视角对导师制在促进本科生学业发展中的作用机制进行探讨,试图明晰导师作用的内涵、导师作用发挥的机理及提高发挥导师作用效能的方法路径,以期对提升高校本科生导师制的作用效能提供启发和借鉴。研究发现,在学生学业发展中,导师制的作用主要体现在对教师教学、学生知识技能的获得、学生个体成长发展与心理健康等方面给予积极干预,并通过构建良好的师生关系为学生个体提供认识论支持和主体性支持发挥作用,从而有效地促进学生的全面发展,提高学生的学业成绩和科研能力,培养学生的创新精神和社会责任感,帮助学生顺利实现学业和职业发展目标。
This paper discusses how tutorial system facilitates the academic development of undergraduates,and tries to make clear the role of tutors acting on undergraduates,the mechanism of the role acting and the approach to improve the efficiency of tutorial system for undergraduates,in hope of providing inspiration to higher learning institutions.The paper has found that the role of tutorial system focuses on the positive intervention on teaching practice,acquirement of students’skills of knowledge,growth development and mental health of individual of students and so on,via constructing good relationship,providing epistemological and subjective support,which effectively promotes the comprehensive development of students,improves their academic performance and research capabilities,cultivates their innovative spirit and sense of social responsibility,and helps students achieve their academic and career development goals smoothly.
