摘要
城市中心土地资源紧缺,一些相邻工程为了拓展地下空间经常将地下室连成整体,但因功能与要求不同,地下室经常存在层数差,两者基坑开挖深度相差较大。本研究根据工程特点,对高低差处基坑支护与结构施工方案进行对比分析,采取先浅后深的逆向施工方法,形成相对独立的支撑和换撑条件,提前进行浅区地下室结构施工,可为浅区地下室率先结顶创造良好的条件。
Due to the shortage of land resources in downtown,the basements of adjacent projects are usually integrated as a whole to expand the underground space.However,basements with different functions and requirements are often different in the number of floors,leading to great differences in the excavation depths of their foundation pits.In this study,the foundation pit support and structure construction schemes involving height differences were comparatively analyzed based on engineering characteristics.The reverse construction method from shallow to deep areas was applied for relatively independent support and bracing conditions.Basement structures in the shallow area were first constructed so that their roofs are completed in advance.
