柔性直流输电技术标准体系研究与优化

摘要 以模块化多电平换流器为核心的柔性直流输电技术以其损耗低、谐波小、易扩展等优点,成为提升新能源并网稳定性和灵活性、支撑能源转型的新型输电技术。随着近年来柔性输电技术的工程化应用逐渐增加,有必要对柔性直流输电标准体系进行优化提升,以满足柔性直流输电技术发展和后续推广应用需求。本文梳理构建了现有柔性直流输电国家及行业标准体系,结合近年来在柔性直流输电领域涌现的新技术与新设备,提出优化发展方向,明确了需修订与增补的标准及需求,对于规范柔性直流输电领域的相关技术发展、指导标准制定、完善优化标准体系,以及推动先进标准的国际化提供参考。 With the advantages of low loss,small harmonic and easy expansion,the flexible DC transmission technology with modular multilevel converter as the core has become a new transmission technology to enhance the stability and flexibility of new energy grid connection and support energy transformation.With the gradual increase of engineering application of flexible transmission technology in recent years,it is necessary to improve the flexible DC transmission standards system to meet the needs of flexible DC transmission technology development and subsequent promotion and application.This paper combs and constructs the existing national and industrial standards system of flexible DC transmission,proposes the optimization development direction in combination with the new technologies and equipment emerging in the field of flexible DC transmission in recent years,defines the standards and needs to be revised and supplemented,and provides reference for standardizing the development of relevant technologies in the field of flexible DC transmission,guiding the development of standards,improving the standards system,and promoting the internationalization of advanced standards.
