发酵饲料在母猪生产上的应用研究进展

摘要 利用生物发酵技术处理秸秆、糟渣、饼粕、尾菜等非常规原料或者豆粕、玉米等常规原料,即可拓展饲料原料资源,也可提高原料的营养价值,改善饲粮适口性。饲喂生物发酵饲料在一定程度上还能够提升动物的生产性能和健康水平。当前,我国的母猪养殖中已经大量使用不同类型的发酵饲料,对于提高种母猪生产性能和改善母仔猪健康水平具有积极的影响。本文综述了发酵饲料特点及其在母猪生产上的应用,旨在为母猪养殖中合理使用发酵饲料、提高养猪生产的经济效益和保障养猪业健康可持续发展提供参考。 Utilizing biological fermentation technology to treat non-conventional raw materials such as straw,dregs,cake meals,tail vegetables or conventional raw materials such as soybean meal and corn,can expand the resources of feed raw materials,as well as enhance the nutritional value of raw materials and improve the palatability of diets.Feeding bio-fermented feed can also improve the production performance and health of animals to a certain extent.Currently,different types of fermented feed have been used in large quantities in sow breeding in China,which has a positive impact on improving the production performance of breeding sows and the health of sows and piglets.This paper reviewed the characteristics of fermented feed and their application in sow production,aiming to provide reference for the rational use of fermented feed in sow breeding,to improve the economic benefits of pig breeding and to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of pig farming.
