摘要
在水利施工领域,项目管理中设备及材料成本管控的信息化转换势在必行.文中首先深入分析了水利基础设施施工项目规划的流程,随后基于项目规划流程结合大数据技术,设计了包括数据采集、共享、存储等功能的水利施工项目设备及材料成本管控信息系统,并将整体系统架构划分为数据采集、处理、编制、分析和系统设置5个部分.最后,探讨了该系统的优势,强调其与内部系统的互联互通,为项目管理者提供了科学、精准的成本管控手段.
In the field of water conservancy construction,the information transformation of equipment and material cost control in project management is imperative.This paper first deeply analyzes the process of planning water infrastructure construction projects,and then,based on the project planning process combined with big data technology,designs a water conservancy construction project equipment and material cost control information system that includes ten functions such as data collection,sharing,and storage.The overall system architecture is divided into five parts:data collection,processing,compilation,analysis,and system settings.Finally,this paper discusses the advantages of the system,emphasizing its interconnection with internal systems,providing project managers with scientific and precise cost control methods.
