基于人工智能的机械臂小车的设计与研发

摘要 随着人工智能的发展,机械臂是机器人中非常重要的一个种类,也是应用最为广泛成熟的一种,主要用于各类产业、生活发展的自动化环境.而清扫车是集路面清扫、垃圾回收和运输为一体的新型高效清扫设备,是一种适合工厂、公路、公园、广场等路面全方位清扫工作的车型设备.文中设计了一种带有机械臂抓取结构的小车,包括无人清扫车本体,其底部带有底板.其不仅能防止垃圾脱落,提高了机械臂抓取的稳定性,而且能方便工作人员将机械臂与壳体进行安装,提高了机械臂抓取结构安装的便捷性,还能避免外部物品与微型电机发生碰撞导致微型电机出现损坏,提高了对微型电机的防护效果. With the development of artificial intelligence,robotic arm is a very important type of robot,and it is also the most widely used and mature one,which is mainly used in the automation environment of various industries and life development.The cleaning vehicle is a new and efficient cleaning equipment that integrates road cleaning,garbage collection,and transportation.It is a vehicle type equipment suitable for comprehensive road cleaning work in factories,highways,parks,squares,and other areas.In this paper,a vehicle equipped with a mechanical arm for grasping should be designed,including an unmanned sweeper body,It has a baseboard at the bottom.which can not only prevent garbage from falling off,improve the stability of the mechanical arm grabbing,but also facilitate the staff to install the mechanical arm with the housing,improve the convenience of the installation of the mechanical arm grabbing structure,and also avoid the collision between external objects and the micro motor and cause damage to the micro motor,and improve the protection effect of the micro motor.
